Accessing Promotional DLC on Xbox Live?
Hi all. I've been replaying DA:O on the Xbox Series X. I still have access to my story related DLC like Awakening, Witch Hunt, Golems of Amgarrak, but through this page on the Dragon Age Wiki, I've found out it's now possible for everyone to claim the promotional items that came with buying the game from select retailers: https://dragonage.fandom.com/wiki/Downloadable_content_(Origins)#Exclusive

These DLCs were originally available under limited circumstances as an incentive for purchasing particular editions of the game or from a particular retailer. Several items are available in both Origins and the expansion Awakening, though they possess different (and improved, in the case of the expansion) statistics.
Note:At present, the majority of promotional items for Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening can be unlocked for free by anyone through Dragon Age Keep. This includes most/all promotional items items. See https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/career/ and click "Dragon Age: Origins" for more information. On PC, promotional items are also available for free under "Extra Content" in Origin."
I followed the link that lead to the Dragon Age Keep website and logged in to my here EA account. From there, I navigated to 'Dragon Age' Origins -> Rewards and claimed everything there was to be claimed for my Xbox Live account (which is linked to the EA account I've created this thread on), but as you can guess, once I launch DA:O on Xbox, none of it is unlocked. Where do I go from here?
