Activating Dragon Age: Origins without internet connection?

Is there a way to do this without being connected to the internet? I lost my internet on saturday and until we can afford it again I can't  connect to the internet at home. Is there a way to activate...

If you have internet on your phone, you can use it as a wireless hotspot or you can use USB tethering.

    I don't have a cell phone, sadly. I'm guessing there's really no way to do it without an internet connection, since it's a per-computer sort of thing.
