All characters showing up as question marks

All characters on Origin are showing up as question marks. So, all letters and numbers are little boxes with question marks instead of words. What can I do to fix this problem? Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @sam101dean,

I don't see the game in your Origin library. Are you running a digital copy or a physical edition? The only reason I can think something like this could happen is if the language pack is in an other language than English or mods messings with the files.
