Alpha Quillback Spines not dropping

So I've heard others experiencing this. Working my way through Way of the Artificer Quest, have killed ALL three Alpha Quillbacks, but the second Quillback did not drop it's spine at all.

EA/Bioware. please fix these quest (and thus specialization) breaking bugs!!!
