AMD user - VERY low fps in open world

As many others users, I'm experimenting low fps in game, specially in open world gameplay.

My PC specs are:

Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
AMD FX-6300 24 °C
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 801MHz (6-6-6-19)
Motherboard
ASRock 960GM-VGS3 FX (CPUSocket) 47 °C
Graphics
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6670 (XFX Pine Group)

The thing is, I was able to play it quite well since today when I tried AMD Evolve app to optimize the game. Since then, my FPS dropped worse than before. Now I can't change it back.

I don't know what else to do, so far I've tried all this:

1- Update my Graphics drivers to the lastest beta version available (the one recomended here). I did a clean uninstall and then installed the new ones.

2- Disable Origin in game

3- Shut down any other program when playing.

4- Set graphics in game to low/medium. Check which one was best.

Any suggestion?

Fawlkon, thanks for your reply, I've tried all of them but still my performance is ugly.

I still have very low FPS but my game got better after I did this:

    1) Hyper-Threading should be ON -- It doesn't really improve the FPS a lot but it does reduce the frequent of FPS drops, and by using the USER.cfg it can utilize 7 job threads so it's very well optimized.

    2) DO NOT use borderless windows mode -- at least not working for me, BSOD, long pause, sudden slow down to single digit and HANG (Not responding) etc.

    3) RenderAhead in User.cfg set to 2 and it does increase few FPS but most importantly it almost eliminate the FPS drops while exploring around or panning the camera fast.

    FYI, Here is my user.cfg:
    GameTime.MaxVariableFps 200.000000
    PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
    PerfOverlay.Enable 1
    Render.DrawScreenInfo 1
    thread.processorcount 8
    thread.maxprocessorcount 8
    thread.minfreeprocessorcount 0
    RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 2

After that I was getting some random crashes so I run DX installer inside the game's folder. Now I am able to play, yet my FPS are around 20... It's playable but it could be way better in my opinion.
