Amulets of Power don't spawn.

After installing patch 5 I noticed that several Amulets of Power didn't appear at their locations. Namely the amulets that were supposed to be looted from a chest during the quests "The Vault of Valammar" and "Champions of the Just", for Varric and Cassandra, respectively.
My guess is that the tech team tried to solve the duplication exploit by removing the amulets from the chests, but what happened to them afterwards?

Is this just me or does anyone else have this problem?

Well basically all the amulets of power found in Chests are missing...
Emerald Graves -> After you make the puzzle with the 3 key pieces I used to get an amulet for Vivienne in the back room. Now I get always another amulet.

This is on PC btw (Deluxe Edition)
I don't think this was intended... or was it??

Intended? No. I believe it's more like the result of "fixing" the amulet exploit on Crestwood. Because obviously it was too much to ask not to screw things so spectacularly after "fixing" something else.

Oh great, now the game stopped working alltogether. Loving this game so much right now....

I've explored every cabin (i think) in the Fallow Mire and haven't found Cassandra's Amulet of Power, so I'm pretty sure the bug also affects new games created with Patch 5.
I'll just stop playing it until they're done patching, or screwing things up definitively. I suggest you do the same.

I just finished Valammar, and the chest in the vault was missing Varric's amulet of power. This was on PS4 with a pre-patch save on patch 5.
