Any way to remove achievements gained by using the 'cheater' console command?

Back when I first got the game for PC (had it on Xbox 360 for a few years) I used the cheater console command to get achievements to see if the console was working. Now I would like to remove the achievements and gain them properly (also I heard that using that console command has your account flagged for cheating?). 

Is there any way to remove this achievements and undo this stupid mistake?
