Are there plans to offer Dragon Age Inquisition (PC) through Steam?

To whom it may concern:

As an avid fan of the Dragon Age series, I am looking forward to Dragon Age Inquisition.  Hopefully Origin will not be locked into EA as their only method of distribution.  Origin/BioWare as a game devloper has done a decent job with Dragon Age.  EA as a game producer has done an adequate marketing Dragon Age.  Certainly EA and Origin must realize the more distribution outlets a game has, the greater an audience the game will reach, and the more revenue it will generate.

Since my only true method of reaching EA is through my dollars, I will really only consider Dragon Age Inquisition if it is offered via Steam.
