Bann Loren's lands STILL NOT SHOWING UP IN MAP!

I've read every thread and tried every last trick. I've spent the better part of today trying my best to go through all the various trouble shooting threads. Bann Loren's Lands are STILL not showing up on my map. I've downloaded and installed the offer file, the actual add in package and it says "Enabled" on the "Downloadable Content" screen but I still CAN'T GET TO IT! ARGH!  I've deleted everything and tried multiple times!

I was only able to play Stone Prisoner by warping there via dev console debug script! I am out of ideas here! I got DAO during EA's free promotion and figured I'd try the DLC. I'm getting really mad that I even paid for it.

Anyone have the most up to date info on how to trouble shoot this? I'd like to play what I paid for.

    Manually through the Bioware social network. I purchased it here http://social.bioware.com/page/da1-dlc then downloaded it through My Games -> Registered Game Content. Then I installed both the offer file and addin through daupdater.exe located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship

    I have screen shots showing that the offer files are sitting in "C:\Users\(username)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Offers" and that the actual content is sitting in "C:\Users\(username)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\AddIns" I'll need to edit them as my username is my real name. But if it helps I will do it.
