I tried to disable my second monitor, disabled MSAA and forced single display mode, nothing changed. The SFC (System File Check) was clear too.

Thank you.
Hello,
I contacted the support, and after many steps, they asked me to follow these steps :
- Uninstall the game and Origin using revo uninstaller : http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html
- Run CCleaner : http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-use-ccleaner-to-fix-pc-issues/
- Perform a clean boot: http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Make a new admin account using : http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-create-a-new-admin-account/
- Login to this admin account, then download Origin and the game again.
And guess what, it worked. And it led me to the reason why it wasn't working in the first place. On the new user account, my custom input method wasn't switched on.
I use an alternate keyboard and input method : Bépo, the French equivalent of the Dvorak. I just had to switch to Azerty or Qwerty on my main user account to make the game load perfectly.
It's strange because I never had any problems before on any game or app.
In any case, thank you for your help.

Glad you got it sorted. That's a weird bug for a keyboard layout to cause. Enjoy the game 🙂
