I've heard tell that updating the drivers has fixed these issues for folk on G3258s. I've not OCed mine yet and still waiting on download, so still running 3.2GHz and not tested play yet, but from what I can tell try updating your drivers and it should fix it.

    CPU is not at fault. This CPU is a monster and can easily do the job.
    The problem is lack of support for Duel core machines, which seems like a very silly thing to do when your aim is to make money.
    Refund is comming soon like hell am i sticking around like sim city hoping beyond hope..
