Black screen in Bull cutscene

I'm having some problems with one of the Iron Bull cutscenes. Part of the cutscene plays, but it keeps getting interrupted by a black screen where I still hear IB's voice (it's not a freeze up).

The cutscene will play as normal, then the screen will go black (with nothing but his voice), then I'll get picture, then the screen will go black and so on, repeated a couple of times always at the same moments in the cutscene. I've only come across it in this particular cutscene. I've tried to change graphic settings to low and I've tried both repairing the game and reinstalling it, no improvement. Is the cutscene damaged somehow and is there any way to fix it?

All other cutscenes I've seen have played just fine and I'm not having any graphic problems in the rest of the game.  PC standard edition, downloaded.

I would really appreciate any advice you guys can give on how to fix this.

    If you have the '60 fps cutscene fix' try not using it. Temporarily lowering the video settings has helped a few people. For nvidia users installing video driver 344.65 may possibly help.

    All great steps, thanks alchemist7, but do you mean 344.75? Or to revert to earlier drivers?

    Hello! I don't know if you (or others) are still having this issue, but I recently ran into the same problem myself. To be specific, this happened with the Iron Bull romance cutscene that culminates his romance path. The scene would play entirely fine, save for these intermittent black screens wherein the subtitles and dialogue wheel would still appear. This is the only cutscene that had this issue; everything else in the game played fine, and lowering the graphics settings did not help. My graphics card drivers were all up-to-date as well.

    However, after trying out several things, I found what may be the issue. If your bed is set to one that has a high back, large bed posts, or other such obstructions (I was using the Free Marches II bed), this could be obstructing the camera. I set my bed back to the first one you get (the Free Marches bed), and this fixed the issue. No black screens at all!

    So, if you (or others) are still having this issue, I would suggest trying this possible solution. Hope this helps!
