blackscreen when going into the chantry in haven
So I finished the prolog and started my journey which is cut short with this bug. I done the intro quests to crafting and then want to go into the chantry. as soon as I open the door I get a blackscreen and loading time. if I am lucky I can get past it with alot of wating (window/alt+alt does not quicken it up or anything). At this point the game is bugged like if I try to talk to a NPC no sound some times my armor is gone from my char also. when I wanna summon the war counsil it does the sam thing again if I get past it I just start infront of the door and nothing happens.
anyone have an idea how to get past this problem.
running a i7 4770K, 16GB RAM, SSD and 970 GTX windows 8.1 x64 all patched nvidia drivers are version 347.09 resolution 1920x1200 all max settings
I think you are missing out on a cutscene or two, you may try clicking on the game in origin and hitting repair and seeing if you have a file issue. As far as the armor goes, that is normal, you get changed out of it during the cutscene.
