Book Pickup issue - Skyhold Hard in Hightown Quest

There is a book in Skyhold in a broken building near Cassandra outside. The search function highlights it but there is no x prompt to collect and I am unable to.pick up the item from any angle. Sadly though a minor issue it will prevent me completing the library quest in Skyhold
