Bought Trespasser DLC but on Origin says buy now

Have you opened the game and checked to see if it's listed in your journal? In short, the DLC may actually already be installed. That's a huge possibility.

Have you checked on 'My Games' on Origin? If you can't find it there, try right-clicking your DA : Inquisition game and select 'Game details'. If you scroll down there's supposed to be a list of DLCs, including the Trespasser DLC you just bought. Just download it from there and pray nothing else goes wrong. 

Wow!! I can even get to order it. Who is running this company called EA? So incompetent so unprofessional bordering on criminality.  I wonder if I will incur many $14 dollar charges. With this origin store not working it makes EA look like a laughing stock and with no customer support or anyone to talk to EA should outsource the games to Amazon or real professionals instead of being the money grubbing profit seeking company that you are after all it is us Customers that help you get profit. Never again will I even trust to order directly from EA. Also why are we required to have Origin? I paid for a Game from Bioware not you. I guess I wait for Amazon to have the new DLC and order it from there. At least when I send a message to Amazon I get a response send one to EA you get ignored or it is goes into the EA abyss never to be seen again. 

Where does it say to buy now?

In the game start window it probably keep showing, but in Origin it should not (restart Origin?).
