Broken Quests. "One Venatori Less" "Unfinished Business"

Hello, 

I actually have some issues with two quests in Dragon Age : Inquisition. First, "One Venatori Less". I have to kill some bad guys groups, i killed two of them and it's impossible to find the others. The quest don't appear on the Hinterlands map, and it don't appear on the world map. So, i'm stuck. Today i wanted to complete "Unfinished Business". I have to kill 5 guys. I killed one of them and it's impossible to find the others. The quest don't appear on the Hinterlands map, and it don't appear on the world map. So, i'm stuck. AGAIN. 

Annoying, isn't it ? Please do something.
