[BUG] Can't Choose "The Left Hand of The Divine" in World Map?

So, I got the quesst from Leliana to go meet her at "The Left Hand of the Divine" but when I open the world map, it is not letting me select that location to teleport the mission... is this a BUG? ...

Can you see the location on the map? Is the text white or gray if so?

is not grey, it has the selected mission icon on it.

anyway, i got past the problem, did a side mission for Varric, which had absolutely no relation to Leliana side story, and it finally let me click on it.
