[BUG] Chaotic Focus doesn't work with Flaming Array
Summary:
1. In some save games, Flaming Array deals damage as if you had Chaotic Focus & full barrier, even when you haven't taken Chaotic Focus.
2. In others (including games started under patch 9 or 10), Flaming Array does base damage, even if you HAVE taken Chaotic Focus & have full barrier.
In both cases, Chaotic Focus has no effect on Flaming Array.

@dizzydffs thanks for your report. Even as you have already posted it in the BioWare forums, I will pass it on to the studio for further investigation. Keep in mind that we are not able to post workarounds for bug reports so I will mark this issue as solved for now.
