Bug: Dorian's Kiss Doesn't Trigger (Spoilers)
In the overall scheme of things, this is a pretty minor issue and there's a work around. But I did some testing on this and found this definitely appears to be a glitch in the game. (I'm playing on a PC.)
After confronting Dorian's Father, you have the option at the end to flirt and initiate a kiss, or you have 3 non-romance options. I decided to go with telling Dorian I thought he was very brave.
Afterwards, Mother Giselle comes to harass Dorian, and you step in to intervene. At that point you have another option to flirt, and this time it triggers an alternate first kiss scene. (I personally really like this version.)
Next time you talk to Dorian, you have the option to "officially" enter a relationship with him. If you then immediately talk to him again and ask to go somewhere private to kiss, the dialogue plays out, but the cutscene does NOT trigger.
(If you choose the flirt option after confronting his father and share a kiss before encountering Mother Giselle, this chat option to make their relationship "official" doesn't come up.)
The work around is to initiate the romance, then leave Skyhold for a bit, then come back. (This applies even if you've already left Skyhold and come back. You must initiate the romance, leave, and then come back.) Next time you return to Skyhold and initiate the kiss dialogue, the cutscene will trigger.
I'm not sure if there is a better place to report this bug. But I've tested it repeatedly on my game and the kiss cutscene never triggers if I have just talked to him to officially initiate the romance.
