Just managed to verify, this HAS been fixed with the latest patch!

I have the same Problem, never did like Morrigan. So I chose not to do the ritual and stabbed her later on. Now she is saying He was her lover. Worldstate in the keep still shows me the decisions i wanted so this came complety unexpectet and unwanted.
