BUG!! No talents showing for Duelist

Question

Completed DLC Wardens Keep and Arcane Warrior Talent prior to getting Duelist specialization now the Duelist talent tree will not show.

Hello, I completed the DLC for Wardens keep and go the power of blood talent, I also did complete the quests for Dalish and there got some kind of Arcane Warrior completion althought I am not an arcane warrior this i can teach to someone who wanted it supposedly not sure how, but now i went to Isabella and got the duelest specialization and this talent tree will not show up.

Level 19 Rogue with these Talent Trees only listed in the same order below

Rogue

Power of Blood

Dual Weapons

Archery

Please help me figure out how to show my talent tree for duelist!!

I wonder if it has to do with the power of blood abilities from the dlc because I also drank the potion and after I caught Isabella cheating at cards and had her teach me duelist, I never received the skills tree for it. I'm replaying and won't drink the potion at soldiers peak and see if I have any issues after chatting with Isabella.

This might sound stupid, but have you spent your specialization point unlocking the duelist tree? Also, The Arcane Warrior spec is for any of the Mages in your party.
