Same problem here, also on PC.tried reloading several times with no change. Frustrated, now I won't have her quest or weeding out the bandits done. So much for completing everything.
Its worse, since the patch, if you go to crestwood, even the map exits don;t let you travel out and you get stuck in crestwood. I am stuck there after over 60 hours of game paly.
