Bug/Glitch. Human female w/ American voice, combat sounds in British voice.
As the title says, I made a human female character and gave her the American voice. The problem is that the combat sounds and combat dialog (such as the "One down!" and other quips) are all in the British voice.
I tested it out, and its the same if I try to give an Elf the American voice as well. All combat sounds and dialog are the British voice over.
I also tested out what happens if I give the British voice to Qunari or Dwarf, and the combat sounds are in the American voice. Its very jarring and a bit annoying, as the two voices, at least for females, are totally different and obviously two different people.
