Camera randomly changing angle

I have had this same problem before. It was fixed at one point, but I'm not sure exactly what I did to make it stop.
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Delete the settings file "ProfileOptions_profile". This is located in the save folder -> Documents - BioWare - Dragon Age Inquisition - Save. This forces the game to reset the game settings, and this has been reported to fix it by at least one player.
- If Discord is running, turn it off. This fixed the problem for at least one player.
- If you have the framerate fix applied, disable it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you probably didn't apply it and you can ignore this.
