Camp area not loading

I decided to do a rerun through the game. The thing is after my first stop at camp (you know after Lothering when your Warden gets the nightmare about the Archdemon) I went to Redcliffe to take care of the situation there. Once I've dealt with things and I get to the world map I try to go to the camp to sell my equipment and talk to everyone plus the gifts and all. But everytime I'm sent back to the main menu with a message telling me the area can't be loaded.

So far I've tried to empty the cache and the good old fashioned way of quitting and launching again but no luck. Anyone else with this bug ? Did you find a way to make it work again ?

I'm playing on Windows 10.

    I fixed it !

I deleted everything from My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age except for my save files and override mods since I knew they both weren't at fault here.

Only problem is it seems I can't have my ultimate edition dlc. Tried repairing the game, uploading it's not reinstalling.

@Couger12345 Launch the game log in into your account go to options and you should find something about downloading the content you bought or something like that in the "online" tab
    Hope I helped you

Yes and no. See this option still keeps the Dlcs no matter what. My contact came fully with the game when I bought it. So this doesn't work. Unless you don't install the Dlcs.

@Couger12345 I'm not sure I get your problem then.
If you have a problem with the camp then try deleting everything except for the saves in your "Dragon Age" folder (the one in your documents). That's what fixed my problem.
Everything about the online option is because some of my dlc were not appearing anymore. That can apparently be fixed by checking the option to download your content. I did it by installing the files from dazips I found by looking around on the internet.
(you might need to reinstall any mod you have installed. I'd advise to at least copy the override folder somewhere else so as to not lose them. For the dazips ones if you don't still have them you'll probably need to download them again)

I did all this. But not the mods say install, but don't show up in the dragon age origins unlimited downloadable content and the other campaign mods do show up now into this area
