Can multiple users access Dragon Age: Inquisition DLC on the PS4?
My friend downloaded The Descent DLC on the wrong user account on my PS4. I didn't think much of it since on the PS3 DLC showed up on multiple users. Unfortunately The Descent is now showing up on my War Table at all. I doublechecked to make sure my PS4 was set to the primary PS4, I restored licenses, I restarted the console to no avail.
I contacted both EA and PSN support. PSN said that Sony does allow cross user access of downloadable content and that its up to the developer if they choose to limit user access to content. Then when I contacted EA support they told me its up to PSN to choose if multiple users can access content. It seems that no one really knows the answer to this question Its quite frustrating. I just want to know can multiple users access the DLC or is it only for one user- even if multiple users play the game on the same console?
