I can not complete quest Farmland Security quest. All watchtowers are set up but when i go back to Bron, he start again his first talk that i should set up wathctawars and over and over...

Very many years later... But my answer is, Yes. All that's left on my quest is to complete the "watchtowers in the farms" operation at the war table.

New to game. Pretty sure I went to war table, selected the watch towers to be built. Then it's done. Then I go back to town. Talk to the dude.. and.. nothing happens.
Is it as simple as waiting an hour in real time to get this done? Or am I missing something?
Again this game is super new to me. Taking me time to get the feels for it. But as I can see it, I completed all the tasks. All that's left on my screen after the war room (which I admit is a learning curve) is basically saying I still gotta get the war room part done. Which I believe I did.
Once you have the wartable operation, you select it and start it, then you wait out the time, "collect" it by choosing it again, same as with other minor war table stuff and then go back to the quest giver, or possibly the horsemaster...
