Can someone give me their .ini file?

Windows 8. But every game has an .ini file. But like I said, in DA:I it isn't generated until you play the game and make a save. So stupid.

Hmm... So I'll have to reinstal. I did play, I got as far as Whatevertown after you kill the first boss (didn't get to talk to anyone so no clue WHERE it was), but I couldn't get it on since I stopped playing. Since I got no .ini files, I think my game might not have been able to create one after I ended, which might explain the crashes.

If you have a working game, just zip this entire folder and send it to me C:\Users\*YourUserName*\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\

(that's where it is if you installed through origin - it would be somewhere else if you used steam or something)

Also, (if you feel like it) If you could first  change all your graphics to the lowest possible in game settings, that'd be cool too.

Apparently not a single person on this forum has a game that can load to the title screen? Someone PLEASE. You don't even need to know what you're doing.

So you didn't see the .ini file either? The game really creates a few of them, however, between every sucesfull launch it keeps deleting them in some configurations, preventing the player to load it again. I was able to confirm that they do exist while I play by opening the folder imediately after entering the menu for the first (working) time.

Their non-existence causes crashing in the subsequent attempt to run the game. Only remedy seems to be to do a re-install every time you try to run it.

@BIO-AdmiralX: It's true that the original file has a unix end-of-line style (I suppose that's what you mean). But CR+LF is accepted too, so no worries about that.
