Cannot connect to ANY EA server games on ps3/ps4

I just got this game and launching it for the very first time. 

Said "cannot connect to dragon age servers". Fails despite going though all trouble shooting issues with playstation. 

Said that beacause I can access everything else on the net except the game I had to contact the manufactuer. 

THEN contacted EA chat who then directed me to ea call. Got a call and told I needed to speak with second tier, who had lots of calls. Told that it could be a five minute wait. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Hung up and put another ticket in. 

An hour later I got told to go though all the trouble shooting I already did. Despite telling her I already did this she said that the issue was that I didn't link my PSN to orgin. And I HAD to download orgin just for them to link it despite her saying she can see my psn and my orgin accounts. I told her beacuse I had to wait over 2 hours I would not be able to download orgin beacuse I'm now at work. She insited multiple times that this was the only way for it to work. 

I asked if every person who had this game on the PS4 would have to do this, meaning that everyone would have to have previously downloaded orgin on a computer AND linked the two BEFORE ever starting the game, and she said I could call back later after downloading it. 

I'm still unable to connect to ANY EA game. 

I cannot connect to dead space 3 on ps3 , cannot connect to plants vs zombies on ps4, cannot connect to DAI on ps4. 

I just get "cannot access servers" as soon as I start the process. Doesn't even give me the option to log in or anything. 

Since I've contacted EA in so many differnet ways and they keep re-assigning me case numbers, here are all of them for the same issue

    Edit: Got ANOTHER call back. After 20 minutes they said they would transfer me to 2nd tier. Instead of being placed on hold they disconnected.

    After a long wait, I got into the chat

    after a long bout of trouble shooting, I was told that i DID have an orgin ID tied to my account.

    After another hour, they told me that I DIDN'T have one tied to my account because it was deleted. 

    BUT it seems like it's still tied to the account. Nearing seven hours of customer support with no solution.

    After ALL that, I still do not have an issue and was told to contact a specalist regarding case 16650763

    Update: After over 9 hours of chat support I still do not have this issue resolved.
