Dragon Age Keep hasn't worked for me in years!

The last time I was able to use the keep was around September 2024.. Around October 2024, just before Veilguard came out, it stopped working with the "Oops An Error Has Occurred" message. At the time I assumed it was down for everyone again, but no, this seems to be an issue with my account at this point.

I have tried everything, clearing cache, changing password, different browsers, different devices, VPNs, incognito, waiting.. everything.

I can confirm that when creating a new account it works, it just does not work with my account.. An account that I've had for 10 years or longer, that has all my data within it.

I tried contacting EA Support via the live agent chat, but they were completely, utterly useless.

I don't know what to do anymore..
