Cannot leave Crestwood

I hope people aren't ignoring this problem because somebody marked this topic here http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Bug-Stuck-at-Crestwood/m-p/4053263#M17648 as solved which isn't the case.
I went to find a quarry AND I also killed a dragon so I really don't want to load back to a previous save.
I also had a problem with Sera's quest but I didn't realize we had to talk to a man because he was literally long gone after the cutscene and fighting was done. So I fast travelled out of there.
Same issues here. Finished all the quests/exploring in Crestwood. Read about the Sera mission glitch with the man that doesn't appear. Didn't even realize he was supposed to be there! Fast travelled away after the cutscenes and finished the quests in Crestwood and now I'm stuck there! No world map option no fast travel. I could reload a previous save but that would put me hours and hours back from where I am now. Not a solution at all in my opinion!!! Such a frustration! This is the first issue I've had with the game and it's basically unplayable now!!!
