Cannot load save file on PS4 after re-installation

So... I was sick and tired of some weird glitch that made my inquisitor stop moving every 3-4 seconds. It was actually delaying my progression immensely. So I tried to delete and  re-install the game. But now I can't load my save game. Instead I'm met with the message: "The save file can not be loaded, as installation is still in progress. Please wait for the installation to finish, then try again".

This pretty much sucks as I'm 70+ hours into the game. I've tried to find help online as I can see I'm not the only one infected by this problem. But so far I have only seen one solution which was to restore all the licenses on the PS4. Unfortunately that didn't make any difference to me so I'm starting to grow insanely impatient.

Does anyone know of a solution to the f***ed up problem?

EDIT: Now, I'm able to load any save game again. Figure the installation wasn't complete - even though it said so.
