Cannot play the cut scene with Orsino (Playstation 3)

I sided with the mages and am currently fighting against Orsino. My team and me defeat him but when I do, there is supposed to be a cutscene where Hawke kills Orsino by pulling off his face or something like that. We get the experience but the barrier is still there and I cannot leave the area. I have tried restarting the battle and it worked before but it did not work a 2nd time.
