So this is my issue: I start the game, load my world state from the keep, make my character then start the game. I get the cutscence where i'm running away from the spiders and up the stairs to...
Turns out my latest Reboot of my PC fixed it.
I'm guessing doing a game Repair through Origin and then rebooting your PC should fix it.
