Even though the mini browser game shows everything unlocked and tells me I get access to the weapons, it won't work in the game. It's definitely not related to login-issues, since I've done the mini game months ago, and logged in and out several times since then. The weapons won't unlock in neither my PS3 nor my PS4 version. Anybody got an idea?
There was another answer that resolved a similar question posted, I am quoting it here. They do not just simply appear. Does the following help?

The weapons pack can be obtained in the game by following these steps:
1. Acquire Skyhold.
2. You will find a quest in your Journal called “Rune Crafting” (under the Skyhold Category), and will be instructed to visit the war table to recruit the arcanist.
3. Visit the war table and select the “Acquire the Arcanist” operation from the top-left side of the Ferelden map.
4. Complete the operation and exit the war room.
5. Visit the Undercroft, where the arcanist will be present
6. With the arcanist acquired, the Red Lyrium weapons will be available in the special deliveries chest, also located in the Undercroft.
After not showing up initially, I've been checking the chest every so often the last couple hours. The items finally showed up. My suggestion is to follow the steps above.
There's more to getting the weapons that just watching the videos... and nothing is automatic!
1. For each companion, watch the video then watch again and this time click on the hidden 'secrets' as they occur.
2. Complete the Inquest for the three companions.
3. Now you get to watch the Inquisitor video, then again and find the three hidden frames. Each time you do a weapon clicks into place at the bottom of the browser.
It took me a while to get to grips with it.
