Can't claim Xbox game pass rewards for Dragon Age: Inquisition

As the title said , I have a weekly mission from Xbox said that I have to gain 200 gold from Dragon Age: Inquisition. I successfully download the game and play. Then I gain over 500 gold but Xbox doesn't update anything. I have contacted 3 different Xbox support services and the last one sent me the link to here. So if anyone know how to do with this , I would be appreciate a lot.
