If you initiated live chat but didn't get a reply, you should still have a support ticket number. Go to the support site and look at your cases. Then send a tweet to http://twitter.com/askeasupport with a bief description and your case number, and they'll escalate the issue. They may then send you an e-mail.
You can also just try live chat again in a different browser, just in case it was an issue on the browser's end. You may also want to try changing your region to talk to American support.
