Cant find Dragon age Inquisition Items PS4

i woke up from the house , i still cant see any of the item . so i close the application . then i go to the PS4 main . i found out that the game under related item does not have any related items which is the add on , it show not content . .. but i did download the add on ... i try to restore licenses . still nothing happen .. anyone can help ? thanks .

Takamina. have you check your psn store? my psn store (Malaysia) stated that Dragon Age I is still under colums of Coming soon. That is a big ????? The game was supposed to launch on 18.11.2014 right? alredy try re-install but still face same problem as u. Frustrating.

now i can see the 1 add on which is the deluxe edition items at the related item at the DAI game . but i check in the game .. still cant open the black chest .

Did you go to the PSN store and redeem your code? It's not automatically there. Mine didn't appear until I entered the code.

i did redeem the code and download the content .. but still no item in the chest ...

now still playing and already insert the code but still can't open chest. Very frustrating
