Can't move!

After seeing any type of cut scence such as the one that plays when going to the Secluded Courtyard, the game freezes. None of the characters can move and the enimies are frozzen. I can still access the menu and move the camera, but that's it. I've gone back to prior saves and they all have the same issue. I would start a new game, and I'm afraid it will happen again. How can this be fixed?

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. It seems to have fixed the issue. I am able to resume playing my saved games. I'm not sure what happened. I didn't have any unexpected shutdowns.

I had a similar issue. I have since upgraded my video card and have not seen this again. Maybe lower your settings on the option screen. I have heard it has helped others. Maybe the transition is to much for your video card. I am assuming since you never stated, your card is of the lower end. My new one is lower end, but at the upper end of lower, lol.

I should have mentioned I'm playing on Xbox One.
