Can't Play DAO
It's sad that I just bought this game and downloaded. So excited to play again. Start a new game get to first cutscene and freeze. No subtitles seen or convo dialogue so I'm thinking options are mess...
Hi @tangerinesky812 Are you seeing the game getting an unresponsive tag in task manager when this happens?
also, when you have a moment can we also try the following?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Other VC++ Link)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
