Can't summon the war council

After click the door there should be cut scene when npcs walk towards war table but i only get loading screen and some background music. About couple minutes of loading i am in the room and npcs stand still around the table i can't get out i can't interact with anything.If i try to load a save or exit to menu there will be unending loading screen. The quests i was going to complete is in hushed whisperes and champion of the just.

If i don't summon the war council just doing other quests everthing is fine.

I updated my drivers before start game is that related？Because of that graphic settings reset to low but i set back to ultra.

Leave a dxdiag file here hope it helps.

If someone can help me i will be thankful.I have to start a new character cuz this problem.

    Try to repair the game.

    (Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
    (EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
    (Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    i didnt see repair option on EA APP i use steam and i do have mods
    i loaded a earlier save and finish champion of the just quest first everything is fine but if i do in hushed whispers quest first i can’t summon war council...i will try remove all mods and then see what happens

    @sayolninet99 did you ever figure out how to get past this?? i'm having the almost the EXACT same problem, only it kicks me out but acts like i’m in the room. the music will play and everything, but i can run around haven until i get too far and it freezes. it’s driving me insane. i just want to get past the prologue 😭😭😭

    i disabled all my mods then i can proceed without issue. if you have any mods installed you can try disable them all. after you pass that scene you can enable back

    thanks!! i didn’t have to disable all of them to get past it. just the “no wait war table” mods., then it worked fine!! 👍🏼
