Can't unlock "Red Jenny and the Trail" war table operation

According to the operation lists on the web, Red Jenny and the Trail unlocks after completing Red Jenny and the Imposters, but it doesn't appear, and I don't get any approval from Sera on completion ...

Same problem here. Completed the romance from A to Z. Completed Imposters with "Secrets", still nothing. Hopefully it will unlock as I continue but this is annoying. High approval, all requirements met. Nada.
