Change game difficulty in game?
Is it at all possible to change the difficulty of the game while you're already in it? I want to go up a level now that I know what I'm doing.
Yes just go into the options menu->Gameplay

I opened my Options and then clicked on GamePlay, and there is no difficulty option at all. I have Enable Persistent Gore
Pause while targeting AOEs,Auto-Pause Tac Camera, and Tac Camera on Mouse Wheel. Now what?
@txchimama; Those are the "Gameplay Options" when you haven't loaded a specific save, but Difficulty is set on a "per-save" basis. Load the save you're playing, then go to Options ==> Gameplay. 😇
