Character Creation Problem (can't see face, its just black)

So I'm not sure why but when I go to character creation, I can't see the face of my character, it's just black. I know this isn't a problem with my computer not being able to run it because I've made...

The symptoms you describe are typical for unsupported hardware, but we can only know for sure if you post a dxdiag.

@BlueBehr Glad you got it working! In the future, always make sure you try to repair before you reinstall in order to save some time (and bandwidth).
