Character Eye Glitch

So I played through Dragon Age Origins once with no problem, I played through Dragon Age 2 and decided to go back to Origins to create a new character. My character looked fine during character creation but once I entered the game her eyes went crazy. One eye was higher, bigger, and more slanted than the other, making her face look like it came out of a Picasso! And when I checked on my original character she suddenly had the same problem. I have no idea if it's a problem with my video card or what. I would appreciate any help!
