chat prompts not coming up during grey warden mission in western approach

i have been playing inquisition. when i get to the western approach for the hawke's  warden's  misison, the chat prompts do not come up. it gets stuck after the warden points out direction erimond fl...

Me too. I've noticed that it's always Stroud's lines that seem to **bleep** with the game. They never end on their own and I always have to double-tap X to skip to the next line.
