Cloud Sync keeps deleting my saves

open origin click on DAI click on the I (information icon next to the launch button) go to cloud storage tab turn off cloud sync, now cloud sync will not delete your progress
It still doesn't restore my save though. Ugh I guess I might as well continue... :/ I have been waiting in queue for a game advisor to show up and it has been 2 hours.
tbh, I've found the game advisors tend to just point you back to this forum when you report 'bugs' and problems. Hope you got through and they actually managed to help you!
