Cole : Dragon Age Inquisition - Game Crash during Give Amulet to Cole Quest

My game crashed on the Xbox One after I gave Cole the amulet in the quest just as we were about  to "travel" elsewhere.  Now, the quest is still active and says to give Cole the amulet but that dialo...

while this crash stinks, glad to see its a common bug. hopefully they fix it. first bug ive run into at about 75 hrs played.
