Cole : Dragon Age Inquisition - Game Crash during Give Amulet to Cole Quest

Ikept going back to a later save and it finally worked, this is the second time this glitch has happened and this has been the solution.

Sounds like another Patch 4 bug. Bioware REALLY screwed up with this patch. They should release a patch remover and go back to square 1 with their fixes.

I was thinking the same thing, considering my first full playthrough didn't have this issue, but now i've had it happen twice. the first time i got around it by reloading older saves, but this time around its just NOT letting me give him the amulet. It's extremely frustrating as it completely freezes the system and it's in the middle of my NM run through :[
