Collected items not registering for requisition quest

So for the harness requisition in the Exalted Plains, I was able to collect all of the ring velvet, but when I collected the halla leather, it didn't register. I have more than 10 halla leather in my ...

I have just discovered that even though you can't turn the quest in at a camp, it's possible to turn in the quest successfully with the quartermaster at your stronghold. Hope this helps.
